Day 14th might be one of my favourite photos yet…
On the 14th I documented a skype call with my little Sister and her NEW fiancé Andrew. They got engaged a few weeks ago but on the 14th we were skyping and I thought – they have to be included in my December Daily. Seriously they are so cute! Unfortunately they were in Kenya (she lives there – he live in Winnipeg but was visiting her) and I live in Canada…so a skype photo and a photo of their engagement was just going to have to work.
I kept this page SUPER simple…but I love the calm happy feel of it. I included two photos of the love birds, backed them on some red patterned paper from Felicity Jane , added my chipboard number and I’m almost done. I grabbed an older journaling card, not sure where that comes from and the date.
Of course, I needed somewhere to add my journaling, so I grabbed a couple of mixed media tags left over from the class I taught, glued those together, and added my journaling.
I finished those tags off with just a little sparkly snowflake from Crate Paper’s Snow and Cocoa collection and topped that off with some ribbon from my stash.
