When you're tired, busy, stressed, overwhelmed... do you feel cranky? Is your grace tank running on empty? Are people more annoying than normal?
I don't know about you, but I certainly feel that way. And lately, I've been feeling like that a lot! Getting ready to leave for Kenya has piled more and more things on my to do list as I try to hustle from one thing to the next. It never seems to end and it feels like everyone and everything makes it harder and more frustrating. I think this is why I really needed today's devotional on choosing to bless.
It was a perfect reminder to not let frustrations hijack my grace and trust in the lord. On today's 100 Days of Bible Journaling page, I kept it pretty simple by adding a bunch of journaling with this gorgeous peacock image. I tore the image along the edges to create a really pretty effect on the page.
I topped that off with some letter stickers spelling out the word GRACE and some of my favourite washi tape. After that, I added some journaling noting what I felt the Lord had been saying to me as I studied. I finished it off with the date stamp and there you have it.
